Our Mortgage Agents work as part of a team in order to take maximum advantage of the support and tools available. In order to be eligible to become a MB Direct Inc. Mortgage Agent, please ensure that you adhere with the following:

Requirements:

• Must have a Mortgage Agent License (or be willing to obtain a Mortgage Agents License)
• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working in the Mortgage Industry
• Proven track record of Mortgage Sales or other credit product with a sound understanding of the local market, highly desirable.
• Must be able to work flexible hour (as required by the business)
• Position requires to work out of a centralized office location

Bilingualism is an asset

Responsibilities:

• Able to effectively present information and respond to questions and concerns of clients and lenders
• Able to develop a pipeline of new business from outside sales efforts, referrals, and other networking practices
• Actively promote yourself and MB Direct in the community while enhancing business development efforts
• Self Management: Demonstrated time management and planning skills with an ability to organise the day with activities that contribute to the overall goal - Mortgage Production.
• Have the willingness and ability to be a strong closer of Mortgage Sales
• Ensure service excellence to distinguish MB Direct Inc. from the competition
• Interview and take applications, obtain all pertinent personal and credit information, confirm employment, salary and source of down payment and submit application through appropriate lending mediums.

Total compensation is made up of several components that includes commission earnings, cash incentive awards, deferred equity awards as well as performance bonuses.
